Our mission is to ensure the preservation of dignity for vulnerable children and youth by providing them with essential support, protection, and empowerment. We recognize that every child deserves to be treated with respect and compassion, regardless of their circumstances. By addressing the unique challenges faced by these individuals, we strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where their rights are upheld, their voices are heard, and their potential is unlocked. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to uplift their spirits, restore their self-worth, and enable them to lead fulfilling lives with dignity and pride.

A world where every child/youth reaches their full potential
Maria Muruta Makombe was a passionate advocate for the vulnerable and less fortunate. She worked tirelessly to help children in need, through raising funds for charity, and education. She impacted many lives, and when she died, her seven surviving children created the Foundation, to continue her work and legacy. The MMF is registered in the DRC and works primarily in the war-torn Kivu Province.
